A Deed Restricted Community
Country Forest has been an established community since 1978. We have 87 properties ranging from 1 acre to just under 5 acres. We are located off FM 1488 just 10 miles west of I-45 and 7 miles east of the Magnolia City Center. There are 4 separate cul-de-sac entrances off FM 1488 with only 7 streets in total. Most residents who live here wanted some elbow room and many have a horse or other livestock. It is a diverse neighborhood with a mixture of ages, occupations, and stages in life.
