Dues and Assessments

1. Our yearly dues are $150.00 per lot as recorded on the Montgomery County SOS website. Yearly dues statements are mailed out by the end of December and are due by January 31st each year. 

• Late fees of $15.00 are assessed on February 1st with an addition 10% interest per annum on all outstanding balances. 
• Any ncurred CIA postage cost will also be charged as part of the overall total due.
• The "Dues Payment Plan" document is attached below this information. If you need a payment plan set up for your yearly dues or an outstanding balance, please call us or send an email to CountryForest.1.2@gmail.com

Other Documentation and Fees

•  A transfer fee of $250.00 is charged each time a lot's recorded ownership changes.
• A TRECs "Resale Certificate" is also available for $250 with a 10 working day turnaround time. There are additional fees for expediting the request.
• There is no fee assessed for any refinancing if the CIA recorded owner remains the same.
