Architectural Control Committee (ACC)

Information needed to submit an ACC Request

Many of us are constantly thinking about improvements and other changes we would want for our properties. If you are upgrading a gravel drive to either asphalt or concrete, erecting a fence, or even erecting an out-building.  After the February 2021 cold snap and subsequent power outage, many may be considering a standby generator!

Whatever improvements you have in mind, we are here to help!

Please remember all new construction or revisions to approved projects require additional Architectural Control Committee review and approval. Approval for submitted plans could take up to 30 days. With this in mind, please plan well in advance and submit the required documents timely so your project is not delayed unnecessarily.

A sample "ACC Request and Approval-Form" is provided below!

Most projects do not require professionally drawn plans, but the paperwork should include the following information:

1. Full Owner’s name, current mailing address, email address, and phone number for     questions that arise and returning the documents.

2. Neighborhood Section number and Lot number where the changes will be made.

3. Locate or create a current plat plan with all current structures and fences properly indicated.

4. Use a copy of that plat to indicate the location of the improvements you are requesting approval for.

5. Plat should indicate proper distance measurements to all property lines and/or setbacks. Please reference the “Deed Restrictions” section for a downloadable copy of the deed restrictions covering required setbacks.

6. Please provide a written explanation of the project with project dimensional measurements and scope.

7. Lastly, either click the on the email address below using "ACC Request" as your subject, or you may mail your ACC Request by U.S. Postal Carrier to:
